Marc Thayer came to Meixell-Diehl in 1985 as a former political science and German major who had explored law school and various other career paths shortly after college. When he and his wife moved back to Central Pennsylvania, Marc joined the agency with practically no insurance background. After almost 30 years of learning the business, Marc took the leap into entrepreneurship and purchased the agency in 2014. Being a business owner in downtown Lewisburg has been a great opportunity for Marc to continue serving the agency's customers, his employees, and the community. Everything he does is driven by his Christian faith, and he always enjoys listening and learning what is going on in others' lives. Marc is also blessed with his wife of 43 years, three children and their spouses, and nine grandchildren. He loves spending time with his family, being outdoors, and enjoying the wonders of God's creation.
